first_img“What are your personal values?” I’ve asked this question of new leaders, long-time leaders and individual contributors. Often, I’m met with a pause and sometimes a blank stare, as many have never really thought about how to articulate their values.Have you ever sat down and really thought about your own personal values? What drives you? What motivates you? What is most important to you?
